The Chamblee Doraville CID is a public-private partnership among local commercial property owners and governments including the cities of Chamblee and Doraville. The CID advances capital improvement projects and community services critical to the safety and vitality of our business community.

Our Community
The greater Chamblee Doraville submarket is a vibrant community inside Atlanta’s northeast quadrant of I-285. The area is made up of diverse assets including:
- Two MARTA rail stations: The Chamblee and Doraville transit stations are the northernmost stops on the Gold Line.
- Georgia’s second busiest airport: DeKalb-Peachtree Airport (PDK) generates approximately $130 million in income for local residents.
- Critical roadways: Thousands of Atlantans travel on Peachtree Boulevard, Buford Highway, I-285, and Chamblee Tucker Road each day.
- International shopping and dining: Buford Highway is home to shops and restaurants representing 20 international cultures.
- Creative residential, retail, commercial, and work spaces: Developments like Parkview on Peachtree, Peachtree Station, and the renovated Chamblee Plaza position the area for quality growth.
- A growing trail system: Plans to extend Chamblee’s Rail Trail may one day link it to the Atlanta Beltline and beyond.
- A diverse cultural community: Residents of the Chamblee-Doraville area speak more than 144 languages.
