NOTICE OF CHAMBLEE DORAVILLE COMMUNITY IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT ELECTION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN as provided in the DeKalb County Community Improvement Districts Act of 2008 that a Caucus of Electors of the Chamblee Doraville Community Improvement District (“CID”) shall be held on May 1, 2024, at 5170 Peachtree Road, Building 100, Suite 400, Atlanta, GA 30341. The purpose of the Caucus is to elect Board Members to Posts 2 & 5 to serve on the CID Board. Registration for the election shall be held from 12:45 p.m. to 1:15 p.m. Voting will occur immediately thereafter. A map of said District may be reviewed in the office of the DeKalb County Tax Commissioner. All Electors as designated under the Act are invited to attend and cast their votes.

Our Community
The greater Chamblee Doraville submarket is a vibrant community inside Atlanta’s northeast quadrant of I-285. The area is made up of diverse assets including:
- Two MARTA rail stations: The Chamblee and Doraville transit stations are the northernmost stops on the Gold Line.
- Georgia’s second busiest airport: DeKalb-Peachtree Airport (PDK) generates approximately $130 million in income for local residents.
- Critical roadways: Thousands of Atlantans travel on Peachtree Boulevard, Buford Highway, I-285, and Chamblee Tucker Road each day.
- International shopping and dining: Buford Highway is home to shops and restaurants representing 20 international cultures.
- Creative residential, retail, commercial, and work spaces: Developments like Parkview on Peachtree, Peachtree Station, and the renovated Chamblee Plaza position the area for quality growth.
- A growing trail system: Plans to extend Chamblee’s Rail Trail may one day link it to the Atlanta Beltline and beyond.
